Serve as the primary client-facing representative on site. Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, mentoring, and retention. Enforce and promote strict safety policies and compliance standards. Facilitate daily team huddles to drive communication and resolve issues. Partner with the Superintendent to create and execute project schedules. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role. Proven experience managing projects valued at $50M+. Willingness and ability to travel for project assignments (3 weeks on-site / 1 weekend home). Strong financial acumen and client management skills. Familiarity with EM-385 safety standards. Proficiency with MS Office. U.S. Citizenship required.
