Federal Construction Project Manager (PM) Location: Hyattsville, MD Work Arrangement: Must be local to the DMV/Hyattsville area and able to work from the client's home office while traveling to project sites as required. Duration: 12+ Months (Start: 9/28) Type: 1099 Contractor with Opportunity for Direct Hire W2Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $66/hr (1099) or $125,000 Salary (W2) Travel Reimbursement: IRS Mileage Reimbursement and Applicable Per Diem for Project Site Travel Pay Frequency: Weekly (1099)Direct Hire W2 Benefits Package Principal Retirement with Up to 4% Employer Match Medical Coverage Available Mileage Reimbursement for Project Site Travel Per Diem Paid Per Current GSA Guidelines for Overnight Travel 80 Hours Paid Vacation (Accrual Basis) 56 Hours Paid Sick Leave Paid Federal Government Holidays Federal Government Snow Day Policy 40-Hour Work Week Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch HourWhy This Opportunity?Join a federal government construction contractor supporting Department of Defense, NAVFAC, and other federal construction projects.
