They offer a collaborative, team-driven culture with consistent growth and long-term stability in a niche, high-demand market.Job DescriptionOwn and manage the full proposal lifecycle from pre-RFP through submission. Lead cross-functional teams including sales, technical, and finance stakeholders. Develop compelling, compliant proposal content aligned with strategic goals. Ensure all submissions meet RFP requirements, deadlines, and quality standards. Oversee editing, formatting, and final production of proposal deliverables. Collaborate closely with leadership to shape win strategies and messaging.
