This is an opportunity to work directly alongside executive leadership in a highly collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your career can continue to grow.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple federal, municipal, and public-sector construction projects while serving as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and project teams. Responsibilities include:Lead all phases of construction for federal, municipal, and public-sector projects from preconstruction through final completionMaintain ownership of project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, municipal owners, and project stakeholdersPartner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetManage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationIdentify project risks early and implement strategies to keep projects on trackProvide leadership and mentorship to project teams while fostering collaboration across field and office operationsConduct regular client meetings and site visits throughout the duration of each projectEnsure compliance with all contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety regulationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
