Occupational Summary
Reporting to the Director of Nursing Programs, this position will provide support to various Health Programs staff and faculty.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Setting up, cleaning, organizing, repurposing lab equipment and supplies for simulation laboratories
- Assist with inventory management- stocking, order requests, laundry (washing and folding), repackaging and managing supplies
- Computer duties - copying files, data entry, updating documents
- Make copies, organize and sort files
- Arrange appointments for open lab, lab tours
- Greet and assist students
- Handle confidential data and material
- Help with pinning ceremonies, bulletin boards, tours, open house events and other recruitment activities
Minimum Qualifications
Student must meet Federal Work Study eligibility requirements to apply as well as any academic department requirements. Hours available include: Monday - Friday : 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Their preferred hours are:
Mondays: 8 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 5 PM
Tuesdays: 12 PM to 5 PM
Wednesdays: 8 AM to 12 PM and 3 PM to 5 PM
Thursdays: 12 PM to 5 PM
Fridays: closed

This position will assist with time-sensitive projects, and the person will be expected to portray consistent professionalism. Professionalism will include, but not be limited to:
