The Job
You’ll operate a company-provided truck on rural FedEx Ground package delivery routes, covering 60–100 miles per day. The work includes loading and unloading packages, frequent bending and lifting, and getting in and out of the truck to deliver packages to front doors or access points. Expect an average of 8 hours per day, until all packages are delivered.
Compensation
- Hourly pay: $22–$25 per hour
- Paid training: Two weeks at the same pay
- Pay frequency: Weekly, paid Friday

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No CDL required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- No prior delivery experience required — we'll train you
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs and frequently bend, lift, and maneuver in and out of the delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation
