We’re hiring reliable delivery drivers in the Northern Cincinnati area. This is a fast-paced, active job with consistent routes and performance-based pay. Most drivers work ~8–9 hour days and are home daily.
Pay
$160–$165/day starting
Performance bonuses (more stops = more pay)
Weekly attendance bonus
Monthly safety bonus
Most drivers earn $800–$1,000/week Top performers earn $1,000+
What You’ll Do
Deliver packages safely and efficiently
Follow a planned route using a delivery app
Load/unload packages
Schedule
4 or 5 days per week
Weekend availability is a plus
Flexible routes available
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record and background
Able to lift up to 75lbs (and 150lbs with the assistance of a cart)
Reliable and punctual
FedEx pays for a drug screening and physical
