About the Role:
Salem Logistics Inc is looking for a reliable and motivated FedEx Residential Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Sterling Heights, MI! Responsibilities:

• Load, organize, and secure packages in delivery vehicle for efficient daily route completion
• Perform residential deliveries accurately and on time across assigned routes in the Sterling Heights area
• Scan and document packages using FedEx handheld devices to maintain delivery records
• Obtain recipient signatures and follow proper delivery protocols for each stop
• Communicate professionally with customers and resolve any delivery concerns on the spot
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
• Return undeliverable packages and complete end-of-day reporting procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
• Comfortable navigating routes using GPS and delivery management apps
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with minimal supervision
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous delivery, logistics, or driving experience is a plus
