Feed Manufacturing Plant Manager | Gainesville, GA

An established animal feed producer is looking for a hands-on Feed Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead its mill near Gainesville.

Highlights
- Lean team with fast decision-making
- Write and implement company SOPs
- Lead the production team and oversee daily operations: production, quality, safety and maintenance
- Responsible for P&L, budgeting and grain procurement
- Lead continuous-improvement efforts to boost throughput and efficiency
- Willing to live within a reasonable commute of the mill
- Degree in Agriculture, Milling Science or Food Science preferred
- 3+ years of feed milling or food production experience; manager or supervisor experience highly desired

Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $115k-$132k DOE
