A family-owned feed manufacturer with a small, fast-moving leadership team is adding a Feed Mill Operations Manager in Ephrata.

- Develop, document and enforce SOPs
- Work on a small team where decisions happen quickly
- Run day-to-day mill operations, including production, quality, safety and maintenance
- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
- Oversee budgets, the plant P&L and ingredient purchasing
- Must live within a reasonable commute of the facility (relocation possible)
- At least 3 years in feed milling or food manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role
- Bachelor's in Ag, Milling or Food Science is a plus

Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $117k-$135k DOE
