Now Hiring: Feed Mill Operator (Full-Time)

Location: Hopkinton, IA

Do you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a team that helps support animal nutrition and production? Join PIPESTONE as a Feed Mill Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality feed while helping keep mill operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Grind and manufacture complete feed

Load feed trucks and unload ingredient deliveries

Refill micro tables and weigh hand-add ingredients

Monitor grain quality and storage conditions

Complete production paperwork accurately

Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs

Support mill efficiency and daily operations

Perform facility upkeep and other projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Feed, grain handling, manufacturing, or automation experience preferred

General computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Outlook

Experience with mill batching software is a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance as needed
• Standing and walking 8-10 hours per day
• Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, and kneeling
