We’re seeking an experienced Feed Mill Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a modern feed manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for production scheduling, quality control, maintenance coordination, and team leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality feed production.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of feed mill operations including production, inventory, and logistics
Supervise and develop mill staff to maintain a productive and safety-focused work environment
Ensure compliance with feed safety, regulatory, and quality assurance standards
Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize plant efficiency
Monitor ingredient usage, cost control, and production reporting
Work closely with nutrition, procurement, and transportation teams to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications:
2+ years of feed mill or grain operations management experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of mill equipment
Proven leadership and team management skills
Understanding of feed manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
$65,000 – $85,000 annual salary (based on experience)
