Feed Operations Manager

AGRILAND FS looking for an individual that will direct all operations and coordinate distribution of feed products and pricing for all feed locations. Individual will also supervise the feed operations team for manufacturing and delivering quality products and services to our customers while assuring financial performance and profitable growth. Responsibilities: Leads and develops feed location managers and feed operational employeesDevelops a plan with feed locations for effective use of all resourcesWorks directly with the feed location managers and location administrator to promote accurate Agriland FS billing programs.Manages operations that lead to excellent customer satisfaction while maximizing efficiencies, managing distribution cost and inventory to achieve company financial objectives.Works with feed managers to ensure that all location facilities are secure according to company guidelines and champions safety and regulatory programs with all employees. Leads development and implementation of company equipment and facility maintenance programs.Build, maintain and promote a collaborative operational and marketing effort with Agronomy and Energy departments while encouraging teamwork among all employeesRequirements: Bachelors degree in Business, or 8-10 years of equivalent experienceExperience or strong understanding of Ag Retail preferred Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent business skills with experience in CTO, budgeting and inventory. Good math, reading and business skills.
