Feeder Bar Machine Operator

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Mentor, OH to hire a Feeder Bar Machine Operator. We are hiring for all shifts with a pay range of $22.00–$24.00/hour based on shift and experience level (1st shift: $22/hr | 2nd shift: $23/hr | 3rd shift: $24/hr). This role focuses on setting up and operating production machinery, ensuring quality output, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install tooling and fixtures according to setup sheets 
• Adjust machines to produce parts that meet quality standards 
• Perform regular quality checks and monitor machines for changes 
• Complete required QC inspections and maintain documentation 
• Maintain equipment in proper working order 
• Tumble parts to remove burrs and chips 
• Load materials and operate machines using two-handed controls 
• Read and interpret blueprints 
• Use standard and specialized measuring instruments 

Required Qualifications: 

• Previous machining or manufacturing experience required 
• Experience operating machines using drills and taps 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints 
• Proficiency using precision measurement tools 
• Basic computer literacy required 
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
