female caregiver for a client in Hyde Park, starting
as soon as possible. Schedule is
Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and
Wednesday & Friday 9:00 AM–1:30 PM. Responsibilities include Light housekeeping, Medication reminders, Laundry, Meal preparation and Errands as needed.

Position Summary
We are seeking
reliable and compassionate caregivers who take pride in caring for others. Ideal candidates are honest, dependable, and truly enjoy making a difference in the lives of older adults. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment — all while working under nurse-led oversight.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, etc.)
- Assist with medication reminders and mobility support
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or office
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care
- Follow client care plans and uphold agency policies and professional standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (Home Care, CNA, or related field preferred)
- Valid ID and ability to pass background check & drug screening
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Compassionate, honest, and dependable personality
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
