Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up living spaces.6. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.7. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.8. Document care provided and any changes in the client's condition accurately and timely.Reporting Structure:The Certified Home Health Aide reports to the Nurse Supervisor and Director of Nursing. Theywill collaborate closely with these professionals to ensure the highest standard of care for ourclients.
