Fence Installation Laborer

Our client is a commercial fence installation contractor seeking a Fence Install Helper to support their crews on job sites. This is an entry-level opportunity with no prior experience required, though candidates with a construction background are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and willing to travel for short stretches to out-of-town project sites.

Job Responsibilities -

- Assist the crew with all phases of commercial fence installation from layout through final completion.

- Load, unload, and stage fence materials, posts, hardware, and tools at the job site.

- Perform general construction labor duties and support crew leads during installation.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project.

- Follow all site-specific safety requirements, including PPE use and secure facility protocols.

- Operate small equipment and hand or power tools as directed and as certifications allow.

- Travel to out-of-town job sites for short periods as project schedules require.



Job Requirements -

- Valid driver's license.

- Clean background record sufficient to obtain access clearance for military bases, airports, and correctional facilities.

- Willingness and availability to travel out of town for short durations.

- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Capability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials throughout the shift.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality on all scheduled work days.

- Prior construction or general labor experience preferred.

- Fence installation experience preferred.

- Current equipment operation certifications preferred but not required.
