Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of chain link, vinyl, and aluminum fencing for residential and commercial properties.Key Responsibilities: Install chain link, vinyl, and aluminum fencing according to project specifications
Prepare job sites, including layout, post setting, and material handling
Operate hand tools, power tools, and fencing equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements: Must have prior experience installing fences (chain link, vinyl, and/or aluminum preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Schedule:
Monday through Friday (typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or similar, with occasional overtime depending on project needs). No weekends required.Compensation:

Job Responsibilities
- Arrive on time.
- Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled day (Monday – Friday)
- Install chain link, vinyl, and aluminum fencing according to project specifications and customer requirements
- Prepare job sites including layout, digging post holes, setting posts, and material handlingOperate hand tools, power tools, and fencing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a strong safety-conscious mindset and follow all company safety protocols at all timesEnsure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail on every installation
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Load and unload materials from company vehicles
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on fencing as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience installing chain link, vinyl, and/or aluminum fencing
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven ability to arrive on time and maintain reliable attendanceStrong safety-conscious mindset with commitment to following all safety procedures
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials (50+ lbs), standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and punctualTeam player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
