Fence Installer / Laborer
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Fence Installer / Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience or a strong willingness to learn a skilled trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of residential and commercial fencing
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and using tools
- Operate equipment such as wheelbarrows and other hand tools
- Work efficiently as part of a team in outdoor environments
Requirements:
- Fence installation experience preferred, but not required (willing to train the right candidate)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Physically capable of performing manual labor
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting wage of $16/hour (DOE - Depending on Experience)
- 401(k) with company match
