Temporary Fence Installer / Driver (Non-CDL)
Pay Rate: $20.00 $24.00/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday | 6:00 AM Start | No Weekends
Location: Lake Mills, WI

Position Summary
Bear Staffing is hiring a dependable Temporary Fence Installer / Driver for an outdoor, physical role. You ll work in a small crew installing and removing temporary fencing on construction and event sites. This job is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities- Install, remove, and repair temporary fencing
- Set posts using a post-pounder (no concrete)
- Place panels, gates, stands, and sandbags
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
- Keep job sites clean and safe
- Work as part of a small crew
- Optional: Drive non-CDL flatbed trucks
- Optional (lead-level): Communicate with customers on site measurements or changes
Requirements- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors all day
- Reliable with 6:00 AM start times
- Team-oriented attitude
- Valid Driver s License (required for driving roles)
- Clean MVR preferred
Preferred Background- Temporary fence installation
- Construction, landscaping, concrete, utilities, or similar physical labor
- Medium-duty truck driving
