Schuell Fence is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our installation crews in South Bend. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to build a long-term career in the construction trades.

You'll work alongside experienced fence installers while learning the skills needed to grow within our company.

Compensation

• $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience

• Full-time, year-round position
• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM until projects are completed

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader on residential and commercial projects
• Load materials and prepare job sites
• Dig post holes and help set fence posts
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Maintain equipment and job site cleanliness
• Learn installation techniques from experienced team members

Qualifications

• Construction or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors throughout the year
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
