indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time service Detailer / Porter to join our Ferrari Silicon Valley team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

Detailer

The Detailer position provides top-level cosmetic preparation of vehicles

• Perform exceptional interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming
• Inspect the condition of vehicles and notify appropriate department of any paint issues or damage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carwash area
• Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Assist with other duties assigned by management

Porter

The Porter cross-functionally supports all departments to optimize the overall daily operations of the dealership.

Responsibilities

Sales Department

• Document condition and mileage upon arrival and departure of sales vehicles
• Perform check-in of all Sales vehicles, including collection of books, spare keys, etc
• Arrange vehicles in showroom and relocate as needed
• Assist with photography of incoming pre-owned vehicles
• Provide overall vehicle logistics assistance to the Sales team
• Participate in washing of Sales vehicles

Service Department

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Place seat covers, floor mats and sun shields into arriving Service vehicles and park on-site
• Drive dealership vehicles with great care and responsibility
• Assist technicians with service vehicle flow and shop activities
• Participate in washing of service vehicles

Marketing/Events Department

• Assist events team in all aspects of event preparation
• Stock-in arriving event vehicles when needed
• Support events team in the preparation and inventory tracking of event materials
• Attend events and take an active role in on-site activities as needed

Pay range for this role is: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

This opportunity is for you if you have:

• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally required to sit and talk or hear
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Self-motivated and diligent
• Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
• Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
