Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Fetal Coordinator will be responsible for the comprehensive patient care management for all inpatient and outpatient mothers/fetuses cared for by the Fetal Program. The Coordinator is responsible for coordination of fetal referrals, initial diagnostic and follow-up care, maternal-fetal intervention(s), planning, and evaluation throughout the course of treatment in consultation with physicians and other health professionals. The Fetal Coordinator serves as the first line advocate for patients and families and collaborates with the health care team to anticipate needs, coordinate effective care plans, and educates the family in an effective manner. The scope of practice includes education of patients, families, staff, consultation, quality improvement, and research.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree
2 Years of Experience
BLS for Health Providers (American Heart Association)
California RN License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree
3 Years of Experience
The current salary range for this position is $60.51 to $92.09
A candidate's placement in the range will be determined based on the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
