Outbound Fulfillment Trainer, Littleton, NH

Develop & maintain training programs for our Outbound Processors. Min. 3 years successful business experience. Day shift.

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining the training program for new employees in our busy Outbound Fulfillment department. Primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining training programs geared toward the adult learner
• Adapting techniques as needed for individual trainees
• Analyzing trainee performance and establishing benchmarks
• Assessing trainee performance and providing feedback
• Coaching employees while maintaining their self-esteem
• Recommending remedial action when necessary
• Continually improving the effectiveness of the training program

Qualified applicant will have:

• 3 years successful business experience
• Completion of Train the Trainer Training (will provide)
• Proficient on AS400 computer system (will provide)
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
• Skilled in time management and problem solving
• Ability to tolerate ambiguity and interruptions
• Strong analytical skills
