We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an FHA Property Preservation Coordinator opportunity with a nationwide leader in property preservation and field services, where you'll be part of a trusted team supporting banks, mortgage servicers, and investors with quality, compliance-driven solutions that keep communities strong.

This position is onsite in: Brandon, FL. Local or Remote candidate's welcome.

The FHA Property Preservation Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Coordinating a variety of services within the property preservation process with attention to detail and accuracy across multiple databases.
  • Handling both pre-sale and post-sale services such as lockouts, evictions, trash outs, and the conveying of properties to meet HUD standards while meeting client deadlines.
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure services are completed correctly and on time.
  • Reviewing photos for quality assurance and completion.
  • Interacting directly with the client in a professional manner regarding general and specific inquiries.
  • Utilizing multiple databases and software programs to perform and complete daily job duties.
  • Negotiating and submitting bids into HUD's P260 database for approval.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Prior FHA property preservation experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Worked directly with cost estimators and P260.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary software.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience handling property preservation processes in pre-sale and post-sale environments.
  • Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and multitasking while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency.
Pay Rate Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
