FHA Repairs Coordinator

Currently, we have an FHA Repairs Coordinator opportunity with a nationwide leader in property preservation and field services, where you'll be part of a trusted team supporting banks, mortgage servicers, and investors with quality, compliance-driven solutions that keep communities strong.

The FHA Repairs Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Coordinating repair services for FHA client properties, including communicating and dispatching vendors, preparing and evaluating bids, monitoring work quality through photo inspections, closing out jobs once complete, and ensuring all client deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Sourcing new vendors, monitoring quality and performance of existing vendors, and negotiating timelines and pricing.
• Maintaining multiple lines of communication between clients, brokers, agents, HOAs, and vendors.
• Answering customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, and timelines, and reporting problem areas.
• Communicating with the national vendor network to obtain property information and scope of repairs.
• Improving customer satisfaction by adhering to timeline and quality standards.
• Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workload management.
• Working and updating reports to ensure timelines are being met.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• FHA Repairs experience is required.
• Functional knowledge of processes and terminology in the residential construction industry.
• Functional knowledge of HUD specifications and FHA guidelines.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with RepairBASE or XactPRM.
• Experience in P260.

Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
