Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FHIR HL7 Tech Lead to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a strong focus on Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR). This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare data standards and the ability to lead service delivery initiatives that enhance interoperability and data exchange within healthcare systems.

Responsibilities:
Years of Experience: 15+ Years

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of FHIR based solutions to ensure seamless data interoperability across healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Oversee the service delivery process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on FHIR standards and best practices.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare interoperability and FHIR standards.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote FHIR knowledge within the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards and implementation.
• Strong understanding of HL7 standards and healthcare data interoperability.
• Proven experience in service delivery management within the healthcare IT sector.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other healthcare data standards such as HL7 v2, CDA, or DICOM.
• Familiarity with cloud-based healthcare solutions and technologies.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on interoperability and data exchange.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a service delivery management role.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) and FHIR standards are a plus.
