Fiamma Pizza Cook

Fiamma Pizza is looking for an experienced cook to join our team!  You will be preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas, pastas and salads to order.  We are looking for someone excited about food. You're driven by a desire to provide excellent dining experiences through high-quality food. You can handle various tasks and contribute to a comfortable and productive team environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare our recipes to order
•  To guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices, inspect and clean food preparation facilities such as equipment and work surfaces, as well as serving areas.
•  Check for quality and maintain rotation of products to ensure freshness of food and ingredients.
•  Regulate and monitor the temperature of ovens, warmers, and refrigeration to ensure food is stored, cooked, and served at the proper temperature
• Maintain temperature logs, keep walk-in cooler freezer organized
•  Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism

Qualifications:

•  Able to obtain a WA State Food Handlers Card
• Previous experience in a restaurant environment of 1 year
•  Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Ability to work standing for 7+ hours

Compensation
$19.13/hr - $20/hr + Tips (tips typically range from $4.50 - $7 per hour)
