Job Summary:
Support FP&A and finance transformation projects by managing financial reporting, testing financial models, and supporting SAP integration and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and P&L data.
- Perform budget vs. actual/forecast variance analysis.
- Support SAP reporting and transition from legacy systems.
- Prepare leadership presentations and financial summaries.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
- Track project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5–7 years of FP&A/planning/reporting experience.
- Strong Excel and SAP skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- CPG/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
