Staffworks is hiring Fiber Assemblers for Temp-to-Hire opportunities!
Shift & Pay
- 3rd Shift: SundayThursday, 11:00 PM7:00 AM $16.00/hr plus including 10% shift differential
- Weekly Pay
- Benefits available once hired on
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Steel-toe boots/shoes required
- Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to follow detailed processes and directions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
Responsibilities
- Monitor fiber assembly equipment and identify unusual conditions or defects
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections
- Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Report equipment, material, or quality issues to leadership
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
