Travel to projects around Eastern Iowa Required - Based in Solon, IA
7:00AM-5:00PM (Hours will vary depending on weather/projects)
Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)
Starting Pay: $20.00/hr. + Weekly Pay

Advance Services is looking for detail-oriented Fiber Construction Laborer to work and become part of a local, award-winning fiber optic and structured cable company! Qualified candidates must have a good attitude, a desire to learn, and be ready to hit the ground running.

Job Duties: 

• Fiber optic splicing
• Performing inspections and measuring signal strength of connections to ensure adequate performance
• Resolve, repair, and install fiber optics systems to ensure proper working order
• Residential and commercial service installation

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must provide proof of insurance; high-risk insurance is not accepted).
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation (Truck/SUV) 
• Experience driving large trucks and/or towing trailers is required. This position involves operating a ¾-ton dually truck with an attached trailer.
• This position will transition to 1099 independent contractor status after 90 days.
