Job Summary
We are seeking a Fiber Network Manager to oversee fiber network integrity, vendor performance, and installation quality. This role is responsible for ensuring high-performance network delivery and rapid response to outages and network events.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control on splicing vendors and ensure network integrity (real-time and retroactive)
- Oversee fiber installations, including backbone, partner networks, and laterals
- Manage testing standards, vendor compliance, and post-processing of test results
- Lead outage response, incident management, and postmortem analysis
- Coordinate and execute network cutovers
- Conduct route verification and ensure compliance with permitting and traffic control requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in fiber network operations, splicing, or telecom infrastructure
- Strong understanding of fiber testing, installation standards, and network performance metrics
- Experience managing vendors and ensuring quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues and lead outage response efforts
- Strong organizational and analytical skills

Base Salary Range: $90,000- $120,000 depending on experience level
Location: North Metro Atlanta. In field and occasional office time.
