Seeking experienced Laser Operator for fiber optic laser machine in North Charlotte.
Full-time, temp-to-hire position with shift options: 5am–1pm or 1pm–9pm, Mon–Fri (weekends as needed).
Pay starts at $20+ depending on experience.
Responsibilities include setting up, operating, and performing basic programming on laser equipment, ensuring high-quality parts.
Tasks involve inspections, adjustments, troubleshooting, equipment changeovers, and supporting team operations.
Candidates should have prior fiber optic laser machine experience, mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings.
Reliable attendance and safety focus are essential.
