Fiber Construction Manager

Broadstaff is hiring a Fiber Construction Manager to support a major telecommunications fiber deployment project. This role is responsible for overseeing field crews, subcontractors, project schedules, safety, quality, and customer deliverables across multiple construction projects.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years managing fiber or telecom construction projects
Experience with FTTH, OSP, aerial, and underground fiber construction
Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
Knowledge of OTDR testing, fiber certification, and network acceptance
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
What You'll Get:
