Field Service Technician (Internet Installation)
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will
be the face of our company, visiting customers homes to set up and configure their internet services. This
position is perfect for a hands-on problem solver who loves working with tools and thrives on delivering
excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
● Installation: Safely and efficiently install high-speed internet equipment, splice fiber optic cables, and
configuring routers in residential homes.
● Technical Troubleshooting: Run diagnostics to ensure optimal connectivity and resolve network
issues on-site.
● Customer Education: Walk clients through their new internet setup, demonstrate how to use
equipment, and answer technical questions clearly.
● Tool Operation: Competently operate hand tools, power drills, and ladders while maintaining strict
safety standards.
● Documentation: Accurate and timely logging of service completions and equipment tracking via a
mobile dispatch application.
Qualifications Preferred Skills
● Hands-on Experience: Previous background in residential installations, maintenance, construction, or
handyman work.
