This is a travel-based field role requiring prior telecom experience.What You'll DoInstall buried fiber drops from network access points (pedestals, handholes, or terminals) to residential homesComplete residential I&R, including ONT installation, router setup, and service activationTest and troubleshoot fiber connections to ensure service qualityWork outdoors in all weather conditionsTravel to projects across the U.S.Perform hands-on field installation workTraining & Work LocationPaid training in Colorado Springs, CO (duration based on experience) at $20/hr.Initial deployment in rural Louisiana or other rural parts of the country, wherever needed.After training, technicians will be deployed to fiber projects nationwideThis is a travel-based role with assignments across the U.S.Work schedule: 21 days on (in market), 7 days off (return home)RequirementsPrior telecom experience required (fiber installation, drop work, or I&R experience)Must have experience with burial dropsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license (2+ years)Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor field work in all conditionsWilling to travel extensively and work overtime/weekendsMust pass drug and alcohol screeningAuthorized to work in the U.S.Pay, Benefits & Field SupportPaid weeklyW2 employment with benefitsUnit-based pay averaging $5K+ per week for high performers (earnings vary by production and experience)No per diem (company provides hotel during assignments)Company vehicle, gas card, and tools provided after trainingSteady work with overtime and nationwide deployment opportunitiesHigh earning potential based on productionImportant: This is a travel-based field role involving outdoor fiber installation work in all conditions.Apply Today:Start training and help build fiber infrastructure across rural America.Employment with Benton Triage, LLC is contingent upon successful completion of our background check and drug screen process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
