Job Title: Fiberglass Finisher

Compensation: $24.00–$28.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift

About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Fiberglass Finishers for an established manufacturing company in Cambridge, MN. In this role, you’ll help repair and finish fiberglass parts using a variety of tools and materials. If you enjoy hands-on, skilled work and want steady daytime hours with weekly pay, this opportunity could be an excellent fit.
What You’ll Do as a Fiberglass Finisher:- Use hand tools, air tools, and power tools (sanders, sprayers, buffers) to repair fiberglass and gel coat surfaces
- Work with epoxies and polyester resins
- Mix and apply Bondo, resin, and gel coat
- Match colors and restore gel coat finishes
- Maintain working knowledge of materials and repair techniques
- Follow safety guidelines and keep your workspace clean
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
What You Need to Bring to the Fiberglass Finisher Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 6 months experience in fiberglass repair, auto body, or similar work within the last 2 years
- Good time?management skills
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Willingness to cross?train in other departments
- Able to stand, bend, squat, and twist for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Must pass dust and respirator fit testing (requires being clean?shaven)
