What You'll Do:
Operate fiberglass spray equipment to apply fiberglass and resin materials accurately according to production specifications. Prepare molds and work areas, monitor spray thickness for consistent coverage, and perform basic equipment adjustments. Inspect finished work for defects, assist with trimming, sanding, or finishing tasks, and help maintain a clean and organized shop. This role offers a hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting, with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to important projects.
Required Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience as a fiberglass sprayer (preferably operating a chopper gun)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Dependability with excellent attendance
Basic mechanical skills
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with fiberglass spray equipment and troubleshooting
Additional certifications or training related to manufacturing or safety regulations
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED
Over 1 year of relevant fiberglass manufacturing experience, ideally with spray equipment and chopper guns
Other Requirements:
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00AM 2:30PM
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Must thrive in a team environment and adhere to safety standards
