Job Profile Summary: Under the direction of the Senior Fiduciary Officer, the Fiduciary Tax Officer is responsible for overseeing the tax-related aspects of fiduciary account administration, including trusts, estates, and other fiduciary relationships within Bangor Wealth Management, a division of Bangor Savings Bank. This role involves direct client interaction, technical tax analysis, preparation and review of fiduciary tax filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and fiduciary standards. The Fiduciary Tax Officer also serves as a subject matter expert and resource for internal staff and contributes to the strategic goals of the Bank.
