Field Account Coordinator (Vancouver, WA to Portland, OR)
Position Summary
The Field Account Coordinator is responsible for building relationships with property owners, management companies, and HOAs to support fiber construction projects. This role combines field outreach and administrative coordination to identify key contacts, schedule pre-construction meetings, document stakeholder information, and help move projects forward. This position requires regular local travel within the Vancouver to Portland markets and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned properties to identify and engage property owners, managers, or HOA representatives.
Coordinate and schedule pre-construction meetings between stakeholders and internal project teams.
Build positive relationships with property management and serve as a professional point of contact throughout the outreach process.
Research properties and make outbound calls to obtain ownership and contact information when needed.
Accurately document site visits, contact information, meeting details, and project updates in internal systems.
Work closely with engineering, construction, permitting, and project management teams to support project timelines.
Prioritize a large portfolio of assigned properties and manage daily outreach activities independently.
Perform a combination of administrative tasks, internal meetings, field visits, outbound calls, research, and local travel to support daily project objectives.
Maintain organized records and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, telecommunications, construction, customer service, property management, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage professionally with property owners and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in both an office and field environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with frequent local travel and visiting multiple sites throughout the day.
Must have a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle.
Note: Flexibility and a willingness to step outside of the defined role at times are essential in this position.
