Field Action Operations Associate

Pay Range: $20-$24/hr.

Description: Field Action Operations Associate Customer Care II

Job Purpose
Provide operational, administrative, and customer service support for medical device Field Actions, partnering with Field Action Team Leads and other internal teams to ensure assigned activities are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries and research or verify customer contact information.
2. Prepare, assemble, label, and ship Field Action notification packages.
3. Support product return activities, including tracking and processing RMAs.
4. Pull ERP reports and organize customer, product, and shipment information for assessment by the Field Action team.
5. Track customer responses and maintain accurate Field Action records and documentation.
6. Support continuous improvement activities and special projects.
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities
Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with applicable quality requirements and procedures.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related customer service, administrative, or operations experience. ERP or regulated-industry experience preferred.
No one will be considered with over 2 years of experience.
