Job Summary
The Field Analyst II is a mid-level role that provides advanced administrative, analytical, and technical support to field operations, serving as a key partner to field offices, and leadership. This position owns core invoice, reporting, and fleet processes, performs deeper variance and exception analysis, and helps improve tools and procedures to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. The Field Analyst II works with minimal supervision, exercises sound judgment within established guidelines, and may provide guidance to less experienced administrative staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
Independently process vendor invoices and field tickets, verifying accuracy of coding, volumes, pricing, and approvals; proactively resolve discrepancies with vendors, supervisors, and Accounts Payable.
Develop, maintain, and interpret routine and intermediate reports, summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations for supervisors, engineers, and field leadership.
Organize and maintain databases and electronic files to ensure data quality, retention, and audit readiness.
Coordinate and track fleet vehicles for assigned areas, including assignments, utilization, maintenance scheduling, and related reporting; identify basic cost and efficiency opportunities.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for field personnel in partnership with HR, IT, HSE, and field leadership.
Provide logistics and administrative support for field leadership, including scheduling meetings, coordinating field/site visits, and preparing agendas and basic meeting materials, and maintaining office supplies.
Support planning and coordination of community events and donations for assigned areas in partnership with Public Relations and field leaders.
Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline workflows, improve data quality, reduce errors, and support budget/cost management.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma (or GED).
Minimum of two (2) years related experience.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business, accounting, data analytics, or a related field.
Experience supporting oil and gas field operations.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn company production and maintenance systems.
Housing within 50 miles of the assigned area of operation.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
