Core Responsibilities

• Service and repair household appliances: refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and ovens.
• Execute sealed system diagnostics and repairs on refrigerators with precision.
• Communicate findings, timelines, and maintenance advice in a clear, professional manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and thorough inspections for efficiency and longevity.
• Document service calls, parts used, and work performed with accuracy.
• Stay current with evolving appliance technologies and service methods.
• Partner with teammates to streamline service delivery and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a home appliance technician or similar service role.
• Proven diagnostic ability, meticulous attention to detail, and quality-focused approach.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• EPA Type I or Universal certification preferred.
