Dynamic solutions are the foundation of CEIA USA's commitment to customer satisfaction. www.ceia-usa.com Job Description Summary The Field Applications Engineer is responsible for being the technical experts in the field of metal detectors. As an expert the position is expected to carry out technical support activities, train, and support sales. Provide technical trainings/re-certifications to internal employees, customers, and commercial partners.Assists in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of technical training programs for internal teams, external partners, and equipment end-users.Assist the Technical Director and Sales team with presentations and tradeshows as required.Provide technical support for all current and potential key account customersAssist the Technical Director and Sales team with custom solutions for new potential business.Assist with the development and maintenance of internal documents and proceduresCreate reports documenting results of trials, customer interactions, and other relevant technical mattersPerform on-site installation and training of new and legacy equipment.Develop relationships with key account customers and obtain crucial technical feedbackWork closely with the T&M and SI Labs to test, certify, and develop standards, test items and equipment, and provide product feedback.Assist in the management of department documents and SharePoint site.Maintain thorough knowledge of all company products.Completes special projects as assigned.
