Job Description

Stay involved with baseball and softball this fall with employment at Champion Fields!

Our Field Attendants are responsible for overseeing Champion Fields Sports Complex during weekend Tournaments. Weekend availability is required for this position. Employment is during fall season which runs September through mid-October.

Duties/Essential Job Functions

• Opening - Closing of Facility
• Perform field maintenance before, during and after games
• Garbage pick up
• Checking, restocking and cleaning restrooms as needed
• Work closely with tournament staff to keep abreast of field needs and changes
• Enforcing Complex rules

Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

• Must have general knowledge and interest in the game of softball and/or baseball
• Good verbal communication skills in dealing with the public
• Self-motivated, work independently

Desirable Training and Experience

Previous experience with light field maintenance as a player, volunteer, or paid experience a plus. Applicants 16 years and older are encouraged to apply.
