Billing- Admin
This position is responsible for acting as a billing/locator liaison between client, field personnel, the administrative team, and our corporate headquarters to assure that all billing and location tasks are completed.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Utilize multiple templates in excel and other formats. Invoices will be for labor, equipment, materials, and units.
- Timesheet Processing.
- FETTA submittals.
- Invoice entry into customer service portal.
- A/P upload processing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent Microsoft office, and Outlook skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to pay close attention to details and identify/correct mistakes.
- Commitment to teamwork through relationship building, reliability and collaboration.
- Self motivated
Education & Experience
- Be able to provide proof of work experience, schooling, and any certifications that you have obtained during your career.
Pre-Screen
- Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- Valid driver's license required.
Travel Requirements:
- No Travel Required. Full time in person position, no remote work.
- May work 50-55 hours / week in storm situations
Physical Requirements:
