JOB SUMMARY
The Field Communications & Operations Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and administration of communications and operational programs for store teams across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between the Home Office and stores by coordinating field communications, managing communication platforms, supporting reporting and analytics, and overseeing operational supply processes. The coordinator partners closely with cross-functional teams and field leadership to deliver timely information, drive operational execution, and enhance the Team Member experience.

Work Location: Home Office - Coppell, TX
Work Schedule: Hybrid
Onsite: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Work from Home: Mondays and Fridays
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience
1-3 years of experience supporting communications, retail operations, project coordination, or related business functions.
Experience supporting communication projects or content development preferred.
Experience managing supplies, inventory, vendor relationships, or event logistics preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong inventory management and logistical coordination skills.
Experience with WorkJam, task management platforms, content management systems, or employee communication tools preferred.
