Job Description
- Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall execution plans
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and project documentation

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience managing ground-up or renovation construction projects
- Experience delivering healthcare or other highly regulated projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project timelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
