Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Execute material handling tasks: lift, carry, load/unload, and stage items (50+ lbs. repeatedly)
• Support craft labor and trades with on-site activities
• Operate standard hand and power tools safely
• Assist with mobilization/demobilization, setup, and housekeeping
• Complete general labor functions in indoor and outdoor environments

Work environment

• Physical, hands-on construction setting
• Outdoor exposure to Florida heat, rain, cold, and variable weather
• Team-oriented, safety-focused operations on an active jobsite

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, skilled labor, industrial, or comparable physical work
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Steel-toed work boots
• Meets requirements for entry to a U.S. military installation
• Consistent, dependable attendance; strong work ethic
