Your mandate

• Lead multiple construction projects end to end, hitting deadlines and cost targets while upholding quality.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve design and spec compliance.
• Walk sites frequently to verify progress, uncover issues early, and drive resolution.
• Deliver crisp status updates and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Champion safety and ensure adherence to local codes and regulations.
• Own the paper trail from contracts to change orders and formal reports.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor and subcontractor performance.
• Facilitate project meetings that keep decisions moving and teams aligned.

What sets you up for success

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Track record as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Thorough command of construction processes, materials, and regulatory frameworks.
• Confident leadership with excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management software and collaboration tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet firm milestones.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and a sharp eye for detail.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
